Description

D-glucuronide is used in clinical practice as a hepatoprotective agent, along with carnitine and biphenyl diastere. Its primary function is to increase the liver’s detoxification abilities and protect against liver toxins. It will decompose quickly in the body into glucuronic acids, which are essential for liver detoxification. It can bind to toxins, drugs and metabolites containing hydroxyl and amino groups, in the intestine or liver, creating non-toxic “glucuronic acids conjugates” which are then excreted by the kidneys and the urine. This completes the detoxification process and protects the liver. It can also decrease the activity of the amylase enzyme in the liver. This prevents glycogen from easily being broken down and increases liver glycogen. In clinical practice it is used to treat food and drug poisoning, acute and chronic hepatitis as well as early cirrhosis. It is an important component in human connective tissues and collagen. Therefore, it can also be used to treat diseases caused by collagen such as arthritis. Drug-induced liver diseases are liver damages caused by drugs and their metabolites. It doesn’t matter if you have a liver disease history, as long as the liver problem occurs after taking a drug, then it is a liver disorder. The detoxification process is very straightforward: After oral absorption, glucuronic acids are formed, which bind with toxins either in the liver or in the intestines and are then excreted as a non-toxic substance. It is commonly used to treat food and drug poisoning, as well as diseases like hepatitis and cirrhosis. It is used to make tissue components such as cartilage and periosteum. D-glucuronide: Chemical Knowledge When exposed to light, it becomes a white powder or crystalline granule with little smell, a bitter taste, and a color that gradually darkens. After dissolving the lactones in water, they will convert into glucuronic acids, creating an equilibrium and causing the solution to become acidic. It dissolves readily in water and methanol but only slightly in ethanol. The melting point of the compound is 170-176 degrees Fahrenheit, while its specific rotation is 18.0 degrees to 20.0 degree Fahrenheit (0.1g/ml). After entering the body under the action enzymes, the lactone ring opens and becomes glucuronic to exert its effects. Glucuronic Acid is a detoxifying substance that plays a vital role in the body. It can bind to drugs and toxins that contain carboxyls to form low-toxicity or non-toxic complexes. It also helps to detoxify and protects the liver. D-glucuronide is commonly found in white tablets.

The application of D-Glucurone

1.D-Glucurone’s primary use is to detoxify and protect the liver, thereby safeguarding its health. The liver is a vital detoxification organ.

The glucuronic acids produced by D-Glucurone decomposition can be combined with toxic chemicals, heavy metal ions and drug metabolites. The liver converts the glucuronic acid into non-toxic compounds that are excreted with urine. This reduces the burden of detoxification on the liver, and protects liver cells.

It is used in clinical treatment as an adjuvant for acute and chronic Hepatitis. This includes viral hepatitis or steatohepatitis. It can improve liver detoxification, reduce the inflammatory response of liver cells, and help to gradually restore normal liver metabolism.

D-Glucurone is effective in treating patients with early cirrhosis. It can reduce the accumulation of liver fat, increase glycogen synthesis in the liver, slow down cirrhosis progression, and improve liver function.

It is also used as an antidote to poisoning from food or drugs. This includes accidental ingestion of toxic plants and animals, drug overdoses, etc. D-Glucurone, when used promptly, can help to reduce liver damage and toxins.

2. D-Glucurone can be used to treat diseases related to D-Glucurone and maintain body functions.

D-Glucurone, a component of connective tissues and collagen, is found in cartilage, periosteum and the capsules of joints and nerves. D-Glucurone supplementation can be used to provide raw materials that are needed for tissue repair and maintenance. It is used to treat arthritis and rheumatic disease, reducing joint inflammation and improving joint function.

D-Glucurone has a similar adjuvant effect in treating jaundice. Jaundice can be caused by an abnormal liver metabolism or obstruction of bilirubin expulsion. It can help improve liver metabolism, promote the conversion of bilirubin and aid in its excretion, and alleviate skin and sclera symptoms, particularly for patients with hepatitis complex with jaundice.

3. Health maintenance daily application

D-Glucurone has many applications for daily health maintenance. D-Glucurone, a liver protector and auxiliary ingredient in many products that are regularly used to maintain liver health, is now added to regular health products. It’s suitable for those with a heavy liver burden, such as people who stay up late or drink alcohol and eat irregularly.

It can be used to protect the health of certain populations. For example, practitioners exposed to toxic chemicals and heavy metals for long periods, or patients taking drugs which may cause liver damage for long periods. Under the supervision of a physician, taking D-Glucurone can reduce the risk for liver damage.
