Dextrin is a type of low molecular weight carbohydrate polymer obtained by partial degradation of starch through pyrolysis, acid hydrolysis, or enzymatic hydrolysis processes. Dextrin’s chemical structure is between natural starch and oligosaccharides. As an important industrial raw material, Dextrin plays a crucial role in dozens of fields such as food, medicine, papermaking, and textiles due to its unique physical and chemical properties.
