Pigment Orange 13， The English name is Pigment Orange 13, C.I. 21110, commonly known as Eternal Orange G or Pyrazolinone Orange. It is a type of diazo organic pigment. The molecular formula is C ∝₂ H ₂₄ Cl ₂ N ₈ O ₂, with a molecular weight of approximately 623.49 and a CAS number of 3520-72-7. In terms of chemical structure, it is synthesized by coupling 3,3 ‘- dichlorobenzidine with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone through diazotization reaction, and belongs to the typical benzidine pigment series.

Pigment Orange 13 is a yellow orange to red orange powder that can present two color tones, yellow or red, depending on its crystal form. Orange powder, insoluble in water. High tinting strength. Heat resistant up to 150degC. Moderate light fastness. Good acid/alkali resistence. Cost-effective.
Not recommended.Pigment Orange 13 has poor migration resistance and will bleed in soft PVC with plasticizers; suitable for rigid PVC, PE, PP and rubber.
Both are diarylide oranges; Pigment Orange 13 has a yellower shade, lower cost and slightly lower fastness than PO34; PO34 is redder with better light fastness.
